Terms of Service

What TakeTree does

TakeTree lets you archive and compare user-entered AI music prompts, lyrics, parameters, notes, and version branches. It does not generate music or verify the rights to content you enter. You remain responsible for the tools and services you use to create music.

Your archive and content

Your creative data is stored in your browser. You retain ownership of it. You are responsible for exporting a JSON backup before clearing browser data or changing devices. A paid license restores access to Pro features, not your creative records.

Acceptable use

Use TakeTree lawfully. Do not upload content that infringes another person's rights, violates applicable law, or is abusive. Do not interfere with the service, probe other accounts, or use automated access that harms availability. We may restrict access to address misuse and will act reasonably when doing so.

Plans and billing

TakeTree has Free and Pro plans. New Pro purchases are $6 per month or $79 as a one-time lifetime purchase in USD. Existing $49/year subscribers keep their current plan and price unless they choose to change it. See the pricing page for plan limits. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record, handles checkout and applicable taxes, and may show the final amount in your currency.

To stop future renewals, use the Paddle customer portal linked from your purchase or subscription email. A scheduled cancellation keeps Pro access through the end of the paid period; access ends after the paid-through date. Cancellation alone does not request a refund. Lifetime access

Lifetime means use of this purchased product and its included features for the supported life of TakeTree. It does not include future separate products or third-party services. A refunded purchase no longer grants Pro access.

Availability and limits

We may apply reasonable fair-use limits to protect service reliability and may change or interrupt features for maintenance or security. We aim to keep TakeTree available but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that stored material will never be lost. Keep your own copies of important creative work.

The service is provided with reasonable care, but without a promise that it will meet every need or be error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
