Shaanxi Xinghong Shaoheng Trading Co., Ltd. provides TakeTree. This policy explains what information we use to run your creative archive. Questions and requests can go to sgiscorpio@gmail.com.

Data we collect

Your prompts, lyrics, parameters, notes, and version branches are saved in this browser's local storage. They are not uploaded to our billing service. For paid plans, Paddle handles checkout and we process purchase email, transaction, license, and subscription status. We do not store full payment card details.

Why we use it

We use billing data to activate paid features, verify subscription status, handle refunds, and answer support requests. Your local archive is available without creating an account.

Processors and international processing

Paddle handles checkout and payment records. Cloudflare hosts the static site and the license service. Existing accounts on the previous Supabase-backed version remain there during migration until the old service is retired. These providers process information under their own terms; processing may occur outside your country.

Retention

Local creative records stay in your browser until you delete them or clear browser data. You can export a JSON backup at any time. Billing records are retained as needed for purchases, refunds, disputes, support, and legal obligations. Legacy account data can be requested for export or deletion separately.

Deletion and your requests

Email us from your purchase or legacy account address to request access, correction, or deletion of data we hold. We may verify your identity. Clearing local browser data does not cancel an active subscription; use the Paddle customer portal to stop renewal.

Security

Keep your JSON backups and license details secure. Browser storage is device-specific and may be lost when the browser is reset. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
